I found this place as ideal location before and after crossing border.Frontdesk Aman was helpful and we settled in our room quickly - room was clean and well stocked. Yes, u can make your own food. Bathtub was missing stopper otherwise everything was great Wants to come back again and again
Best place to stop in Beaver Creek. Lots of truck parking. Not alot of selection for hot food. But knowing that still a good place for knick knacks and all..
It's a cabin in the woods with a store. Don't expect anything glamorous. Gas and food is available, great views in a fantastic location.
I traveled through on a freezing winter day on my way out of Alaska. I’ve never found myself so happy to settle into a room that, while not particularly special, provided all a needed. From a rocking chair and heater to a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower, there’s nothing more I needed. In the morning, the staff was so extraordinarily kind, welcoming, and fun that it ensured I had a great start on the next leg of my ~3000 mile trip.
I love staying here when driving the Alcan. I like that it’s an old log cabin lodge and has a rustic feel. The bed is comfortable and it has everything you need. It’s the Yukon so obviously the rooms aren’t 5 stars and that’s part of the charm. The young man running the store/front desk was very kind and welcoming.
This is conveniently located just before the Alaska border. Just showers, no bath tubs. The rooms are NOT soundproof and I don't believe there are quiet hours. Our neighbors were loud at midnight. I could clearly hear them talking and walking around. However, the room was beautiful. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They do keep strict business hours, this includes for check-in.
My wife and I once stayed here and had an issue with something not working. We contacted the manager about how we felt we didn't get what we paid for, so the manager gave us a partial refund to make up for it. I was very pleased with that honest customer service. I'd be happy to stay here again.
Really cute, great place! Log cabin kind of place that was in a perfect location for our drive through Canada. Not crazy updated, but everything was super clean and staff was really great! The store has everything too (not super cheap, but normal for the area). Definitely recommend!
